All games shall be conducted under most current Laws of Soccer as recognized by the United States Soccer Federation unless otherwise stated herein or in the Constitution and By-Laws of the Organization. The word "He/She", "His/Hers", or "Him/Her" is used in the universal sense. Anything contained herein requiring clarification and/or interpretation shall be decided upon by the Rules and Regulations Committee plus one (1) Officer. The Executive Board will review the decisions of the Rules and Regulations Committee.

The Protest Committee (PC) shall consist of the Rules and Regulations Committee plus one (1) Officer.
